Missed Call and Callback Dashboard Example

One row per caller who has not been called back. When someone calls them, the row clears.

Every missed call should get a call back. This dashboard lists the ones that have not: who called, when, which location, how long it rang, and where they stand in the CRM, with a button that opens the call. When someone calls back, the row clears by itself.

Examples

The dashboard

The CallTrackingMetrics list is from a client dashboard with names and numbers replaced. The CRM status, after-hours, and CallRail lists are illustrative.

01

Every caller still waiting for a call back

Unresolved missed calls from CallTrackingMetrics, newest first. When someone calls the number back, the row clears.

  • One row per caller, not one per missed call
  • Ring time shows how long the call rang before it was missed
  • Open in CTM jumps straight to the call record

02

Know who is calling before you call back

The same list, with each caller matched to their status in your CRM by phone number.

  • CRM status on every row, such as Pending Admission or VOB Approved
  • Qualified callers get called back before strangers
  • Works with Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, and Pipedrive

03

The morning list

Everyone who called while you were closed, waiting for the team when it logs in.

  • After-hours calls tagged so they stand out
  • Your hours, whether that is closed nights, weekends, or open around the clock
  • Clears as the team works through it

The same list on CallRail

The same unresolved missed-call list, built on CallRail instead of CallTrackingMetrics.

  • Missed calls and callbacks work on CallRail too
  • Open in CallRail on every row
  • Location and ring time on each call
