Business Development Dashboard Example

Every BD rep against goal, on one screen: admits, conversion, and the face-to-face work that produces them.

This is a business development dashboard we built for a behavioral health treatment center. Reps log calls, visits, events, and tours in the CRM. Admissions and days in treatment come back from the EMR into the CRM. The dashboard puts both together, so a BD director can see who is on pace, who is busy but not converting, and how the month compares with the last three.

What you see

Standard modules on this dashboard

Every build is custom. These are the modules we ship most often for this use case. Mix and match, add new ones, drop what you don't need.

Admits % to Goal

Admits per rep against a monthly goal, rolled up for the date range. Green at or above goal, amber and red when behind.

Lead + Opp to Admit Conversion

Admits as a share of the leads and opportunities each rep produced, so volume and quality show up side by side.

Face-to-Face Activity % to Goal

In-person and virtual visits per rep against a monthly target.

Monthly Breakdown

Activities, unique contacts, opportunities, admits, average days in treatment, and opportunity to admit rate, month by month.

Monthly Trends

Each measure as a bar chart with a three-month average line, so one strong or weak month does not hide the trend.
